The Deal Flow

Your Monday Morning Email That Pays for Itself

Every Monday at 6 AM, you get 5 to 10 live marketing RFPs from real Canadian organizations. Not leads. Not prospects. Active contracts with published deadlines, named contacts, and budget lines already approved.

You spend Monday morning picking the two that fit your shop. You pitch by Wednesday. You win by Friday.

That is the whole system.

Enough Time to Write a Proposal That Wins

Every RFP gives you at least 14 days to respond. Most give you 30. Enough time to write a proposal that actually wins.

🧐 Scope summary, not document dumps

One Paragraph. Everything You Need.

We read the 80-page PDF so you do not have to. You get one paragraph: what they need, what they are paying, who to call, and where to send it.

A Real Example

Last month we sent a $145,000 brand and media RFP from a provincial health authority in Canada. The scope was clear. The contact was the director of communications. The deadline was 24 days out.

One subscriber, a 4-person shop in Toronto, submitted a proposal on day 9. They were shortlisted on day 17. They won on day 22.

They told us they had never seen the RFP on any public portal. It was buried in a regional procurement site that does not show up on Google.

That is the job. We dig where you would not think to look.

The RFP Advantage

Most agencies live on referrals and cold outreach. That works until it does not.

RFPs are different. The buyer is already bought in. The budget is already approved. The timeline is already set. Your only job is to show up with a better proposal than the other agencies who bothered to respond.

And here is the part most people miss: most agencies do not bother. They see "RFP" and they run. That is your edge.

Who This Is For

FAQ

That's almost $3,000 a year. Can I really justify that expense for a list of emails?

We are finding you opportunities that you wouldn't know otherwise. You probably spend more than this on paid advertising with employees running it. You're getting a full lead generation department for this amount.

What if I don't win any contracts in the first few months?

The competition on the RFP is with other fellow Canadian companies only. This is your chance to get the big enterprise client every agency wants.

I don't have a dedicated 'new business' person. Who is going to have time to write a proposal every week?

As part of our program, we will write the proposal for your company if you fill in the intake form. We charge 10% success fee on top if you win the RFP. We are your RFP department in a box.

You claim these are 'buried' RFPs. How do I know you aren't just scraping the same public portals I already check?

None of the RFP sites are open to the public, everything is paid walled. There's over 14 different RFP sites, to go through all of them daily, curate the best ones, not expired ones and summarize it for you every Monday morning does not exist.

How do you guarantee these are 'active' and not just bait for the procurement team to build a vendor list?

You can see all the RFP yourself that they are from reputable public sector companies.

These are mostly government and non-profit. We specialize in something else. Is this relevant for us?

We have 3 RFP categories we handle: Construction, Web Design / Development and Marketing. You can choose the discipline that matches your business.

You list the contact's name, but how do I know they'll actually read my email and not just ignore it because they have a preferred vendor already?

The really big contracts in the millions probably has some corruption. Anything below 80,000 they don't need to submit an RFP. So everything outside of that range is open field for any Canadian company. In our experience, the procurement department always acknowledges and is transparent about receiving and announcing who won the RFP. They will tell you when your proposal is missing something they require.

14 days is not enough time for a proper proposal. Especially if the RFP is an 80-page document.

If you are on our monthly plan, we will help you take care of writing the proposal for you.

We have a full workload. Stopping for a new proposal every Monday is going to distract us from existing client work.

You can read the summary and tell us which one you want to apply for and we will help you with the proposal.

We've been burned by RFPs before. We waste weeks on the pitch just to find out they already selected someone internally.

There is over 10000 cities in Canada, there more than enough departments for you to win business with. We will be your RFP department in a box.

We rely on referrals and direct relationships. This feels like going backward.

Business climate is changing drastically with AI, you need every edge you can get to survive waves.

This is just a leads list. How is this different from a free Google Alert or a cheap database?

None of the RFP sites are open to the public, everything is paid walled. There's over 14 different RFP sites, to go through all of them daily, curate the best ones, not expired ones and summarize it for you every Monday morning does not exist.
